Ladies of the Knot....Macrame class

These ladies were a very industrious bunch, it was heads down and knots away!

 A Mum and Daughter team!

The Results!

A special thanks to these lovely ladies for their
enthusiasm and kindness,
we all had a lovely time, joined in the knot!

Sorry some of the pic's are a bit dark....It was the first day of winter and Melbourne didn't let us down! ;0

  4. Oh my! Look at them all. Macrame's not dead that's for sure. I think it would be easier to learn if someone was showing you what to do. I don't know how you can do it just from books. I'm with Dana. If I were in Melbourne I'd enrol too! And in your ceramics class because I'd make you have a ceramics class.

  8. Very fun class. I have never mentioned this in your posts, but during the early seventies (DUH) I was a marcrame-ing fiend. It was how I earned pocket change before I was old enough to babysit. My specialty was plant hangers, owl wall hangings and owl necklaces. If I can find any I will take pictures and post. My mom may have some still.
