Vintage Macramé

Vintage Macramé has found a new home in our newly painted bathroom.
It's the first burnt orange one I have found and it looks perfect up against the black charcoal walls.
Painting light filled bathrooms dark, makes them posh....even if they are filled with plastic animals, Thomas trains and mini tooth brushes!

This week saw a blog friend leave the blogisphere, it's sad when a blogger buggers off  but what can you do but blog on!

She'd love this hanger though :)

I've been doing alot of thrifting of late..........my secret addiction to Tupperware is a little bit out of control, I will show you my haul one day!

Been tasseling, been macrame-ing, teaching and looking at Ouch Boy, wishing him to slow down and stop growing up!

Hope your well
Pippa x

  1. I like the vintage macrame too. It looks great in your bathroom...so who's the blogger who's no longer blogging? I'm not keeping up with things, clearly! xx

    1. Fingers crossed but if she's reading this, she's shaking her head, waggling for finger and saying no way sister!

I'm so sad about Kylie leaving us, too... Such a wonderful and fun blog to read, she'll be missed!

  4. I love the new bathroom color, and the hanger looks perfect with it. I know what you mean about wishing you could keep Ouch Boy small a while longer. I feel that way about my grandsons.

I'm sad that Kylie has decided to end her blog too. I just hope she keeps her promise to keep visiting ours. I'd miss her terribly if she just dropped off the map.

  6. Paint colour is great (very posh) and I love the hanger! I'm very sad about Kylie. I'm with Allison - A comeback is on the cards. I think it'll be like one of your favourite tv shows ending, but coming back for a few sequel tele movies - like the Return of the Bionic Woman and Six Million Dollar Man, Bionic Showdown and Bionic Ever after. Here's hoping. xx
