Times running out......

West German Pottery

My time on leave from work is running out so I thought I better clean the house... I was dusting and was side tracked, what a photo opportunity?
I don't think I will tire collecting these beauties at all!

Warm Collection
Cool Collection

The cleaning continued............this time I grouped my thrifted finds with the theme of wood and metal in mind, I think that works?

I've enjoyed making some more tassels too!....in between cleaning of course!

Ouch boy has enjoyed the company of Grandpa, they are best friends!
Grandpa lives in Scotland and visited us over the Easter break...we love Grandpa!

I love cleaning, do you?

Pippa.

  2. I really like your copper toped tassel Pippa, and your handsome Germans.
Your red telephone is straight out of my childhood.
And your little boy, and the big one next to him are very cute.

  3. Hello Grandad!

I can't believe your Leave is almost up! I remember it was like yesterday that you started. Love all your West Germans. And am especially impressed by your teak and metal arrangement. It doesn't get much better than that. (I just cleaned a toilet, so my enthusiasm for cleaning is presently at its lowest).

  10. when i'm in the mood I love it.... today after being stuck in easter traffic for 2.5 hrs back from the sunny coast I mowed the lawn trimmed the hedge, washed teenagers dishes, mopped floors, cleaned toilet, cleaned stove, did a load of washing and dashed to the shops for food. I feel great and just about to colour my hair and put my feet up. ahhhh!
