Yes... that's right!
I would like to host a giveaway.
A handmade grocery tote bag!
Sewn using two up-cycled vintage tablecloths.
Imagine walking down your High St with this tote filled with fresh seasonal fruit, yummy cheese and a fresh baguette!
A Great read!
A nice addition to your coffee table book stack!
A small embroidery!
Created by me in my pre-blogging days when embroidery was my vice!....macrame has taken over lately!
A Doily!
I added the letterform to this already lovely example of vintage needlework.
"You may have a nice day" suggest that we have a choice sometimes to make a day count!
From a goodwill wish to a "I'm gonna make this happen"!
Why?...Why not?
If you haven't already guessed yet?
I make alot!
Everyday...so now it was time to share some.
Also the book landed on my doorstep, part of a book order and I already have one!
All I ask in return is
Tell me in your comment, how you came upon my little blog?
Did I follow you first? Did you follow a link? Are you a FB liker? Were you just curious as to what an Ouch Flower was?
If after this you would like to be a follower then GREAT, your WELCOME and THANKS.
:Pippa
ps:
I will post anywhere and announce the winner Sunday 22nd of July 2012.
The winner will be picked out of a hat, by a toddler...good luck!
Such a lovely giveaway. Some lucky person is going to be very happy.
ReplyDeleteA Vintage Giveaway! Awesome! Would love to have the chance to win this lovely set of prizes. I found your lovely blog after you left a comment on my blog - (after a tip off from the man I believe?) Your blog keeps going from strength to strength. A true pleasure to read. xx
ReplyDeleteHi there, I came via Pip at Meet me at Mikes, I love what I see and I'll be back for another visit xxxx
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI found you from Pip's Meet me at Mikes and loved finding out what 'ouchflower' means.
I'm really not sure how I came across you. I didn't come from Pip's blog. I may have come from someone like Zigsma. But I'm glad I did because I like the cut of your jib, and your taste is top shelf.
ReplyDeleteJeez Pippa, I can't remember how I found ouchflower but I'm glad I did (it could've been via Donna, but then, how did I find her?)
ReplyDeleteYour blog has quickly become one of my favourites, I love looking at your creations (macrame and otherwise), German pottery and I dig (did I really say that???) your mid-century vibe.
Awesome give-away, I hope I win x
Wow! This is one fabulous giveaway Pippa! I know I only 'found' you this year so I'm embarrassed - very embarrassed - to admit that I don't remember how! (I'm sorry!) Knowing me though, it was either (a) because you visited me first, or (b) from someone else's blog roll. Hope that helps because I really REALLY want to win that giveaway!! :)) Kx
ReplyDeleteYou made a lovely comment on my blog, and thus I found your wonderful vintagey place xo
ReplyDeleteOoh what a great giveaway (I love the hoop)! I honestly can't remember if you 'found' me or I 'found' you but have been a Bloglovin' follower for a while now. (I just find that's the easiest way for me to keep up to date with the blogs I like.) I don't really use Facebook for blog stuff - too many other internet distractions as it is :-) x
ReplyDeleteUm, I think I found you via Kylie, she's my main Australian crush! I love the derivation of 'ouch flower', I have a big interest in how children use language. My son used to call sunglasses 'darks' for example.
ReplyDeleteLovely giveaway x
I think I came across your blog on Her Library Adventures - Flea Market Finds. You discover wonderful vintage, but really I'm a fan of your work. Your pottery is stunning! Keep up the blogging!
ReplyDeleteI found your blog after a google search and then became an FB fan. Adorable giveaway BTW.
ReplyDeleteHannah
Came across your blog from seeing cute links about needlecraft. would love to win x
ReplyDeleteThanks all for commenting! Can't wait till Sunday now! Best of luck :)
ReplyDeleteI can't remember if I found you fist or if you found me. Anyway, I was over the moon to find you - macrame and mid-century goodness. Definitely right up my alley! xx
ReplyDeleteHi Pippa,
ReplyDeleteI think I found you on a blog list quite a while ago......and I'm sooooo glad I did.
